From individualist to team player. The more experience I gain, the more I feel I need to observe, listen and learn from others. There are endless possibilities and paths when collaborating, discussing, planning and working together with other creative minds.
IÂ enjoy challenges at work. I am not afraid of change, discovering new sectors, fast adapting, working with different teams, researching, ideating, designing, building new products and evolving them. I am always keen to learn from every situation, team and project.
I am honest with my ideas, always openminded, a "doer" who welcomes feedback and encourages new ways of thinking. I like taking the initiative on projects, however, I believe the best results (and lessons)Â are obtained when working as a team.
